Dee Ann Turner

Dee Ann is a 33-year veteran of Chick-fil-A, Inc. Prior to retirement in 2018, she was Vice President, Talent and Vice President, Sustainability. The company’s first female officer, she was instrumental in building and growing Chick-fil-A’s well-known culture and talent systems. During her long career, she worked closely with Chick-fil-A’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, and other key leaders as an architect of their organizational culture. Most recently, Dee Ann launched and led the Sustainability function focusing on Chick-fil-A’s strategy to implement sustainable practices at the $11 billion company.

Mike is the Founder and President of ServiStar Consulting. He is one of the most sought after speakers in the Credit Union Movement, as well as a published research and author.


April Clobes


April is the CEO and President of Michigan State University FCU. She moved through the organization from marketing specialist to management and executive positions before rising to CEO. April is an active leader on several industry, community and university boards, and recipient of several awards.


Julie Cosgrove


Julie is the Senior VP of HR at Affinity Plus FCU. She oversees the HR and Learning & Development functions of the organization. She focuses on on performance management, development and training, compensation and benefits, as well as the engagement of employees.

Lisa Chitty



Lisa is VP of Sales and Operations for Profile Strategies. Her practical experience and solid technical understanding of assessment methodology has made Lisa an industry leader in bring assessment tools and theory into practice for positive organizational change.

Jen Kuhn


Jen has more than 20 years of experience as a public speaker and corporate trainer. She is passionate about sharing what she has learned about Emotional Intelligence, and visits credit unions across the country to talk about it.
